Ye know, I seriously believe that learning peace is one of the primary lessons of Life As A Human™ - and that's a lesson that canNOT be learned sitting on a peaceful mountaintop, listening to the babbling brook and the chirping of birds. Ever since one group of humans came in contact with another "other" group, there has been conflict; frankly, it seems to be part of human nature to disagree - more often than not, violently. Our world has perpetually been in a state of wreckage.

But your closing note is exactly the tone of hope we need - as well as the proper encouragement to be active agents of peace in our own little corners of creation. Nicely done!
