Such a Busy Month

March is a busy, busy month. One of the things that I am participating in again is what's called "Back 2 Middle Earth" of B2ME month. What we are doing this year is Bingo. Many cards were designed to give prompts for writing or artwork and each participant chose one or several or a lot of cards to play for the month. I was quite restrained and only chose eight cards. I have friends who chose many, many more than that. But if I get a number called that appears on several cards, I have my work cut out for me.


I can combine things, and I am doing so, but sometimes the prompts don't allow for easy combining. So, it started yesterday, on the first. I ended up with the number on five of my cards. I composed one story and am making two art pieces for the prompts. I am almost finished with the first art piece and halfway done with the second, it should be done by tomorrow am. Today is a little harder, though. The number was only on two of my cards, but...they aren't combinable and also don't lend themselves to art, so I'll have to write two fictlets on these. Not a problem, but a bit more work.

Last year I started B2ME month on the second or third day when the prompt really moved me to write something. It was the beginning of my writing and in the past year, I have written and posted 87 stories of varying lengths. I have three more that will be released later and one more longer piece that is in final revision stage. Not too bad for a year's worth of work.

So, if I don't respond to your questions during March, or am delayed in answering, I hope that you'll understand. I'm buried in creative pursuits for the month and happy doing them.
